Recently a group of young leaders from across our C2C family met in Kirksville, MO. The goal was connectivity, rehearsing our Salt & Light family values, and looking at the whole idea of expansion through church planting and missional ventures. It was a rich time. Some of our leaders who are currently involved in plants shared from their experiences. Bryan McCrea, an experienced church planter from Fargo, North Dakota (who is part of the Salt & Light North American Team), was able to spend time with them via technology so they could glean from his vast experience. We are looking forward to what God will do through our family of churches.
