We have three goals that we have agreed to work on across the C2C Family during the next season.

1) Making extension through breakthrough and mission a priority for the C2C family.

2) Emphasize, equip (become more proficient in) and release supernatural life in our churches and regions.

3) See an increase of, and base our work on Apostolic prayer.

Jay Lotterer from Covenant Harvest Church in Pittsburg KS recently preached a message on “The Living Room and The War Room.”  The essence of his word was that if we are going to see new people come into the living room of God’s family we must spend time in the war room of prayer.  This is an essential part of our mandate to be, “God’s family of Spirit Filled disciples together on God’s mission.”

We recently had a couple of  experiences in Raleigh NC in which we saw a combination of both the living room and the war room.  The first was a gathering in the home of the famous Jones sisters.  They have been faithful foundation stones at Christian Life Fellowship from it’s beginning.   They were having a time of prayer in their living room.  The faithful along with some recent converts gathered in the living room to participate in the war room of prayer.

We also had a gathering among their core leadership team at the Hay’s home in which we had a time of lifting our voice in intercession.

Here are couple of  short clips from those evenings.  This is what you call storming the gates of heaven, or as the Bible says it, Jas 5:16 …The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous one avails much.
